This article introduced the research history and various kinds of appraisal methods of the comfort of vehicles, using the research of the comfort of vehicles of domestic and overseas numerous experts and scholars for reference. According to the characteristics of the NJ6400GHA3(lnique),a 3D 7 degree-of-freedom vehicle vibration model that can reflect vibration of automobile all-sidedly is established and a corresponding simulation calculation procedure .is developed with MATLAB. Using the simulation calculation procedure imitate calculating vibration of the driver seat in sample car, the center of the compartment, distance 300 mm of the backboard of the compartment. The result of calculation and experimental result are relatively well identical. Have shown the exactness of the vehicle vibration models that are set up and validity of the vehicle vibration simulation calculation procedure. At the same time adopting the single factor analytic approach , changing the rigidity and damping of fore-suspension and rear-suspension separately, using the simulation calculation procedures that are designed to carry on operational analysis , the optimization values of fore-suspension and rear-suspension parameters are gotten. Compared the results that thesimulation calculation procedures operated the optimization values with the simulation result before optimization, the effect is relatively good. The calculation procedure that this article developed not only applied to unique but also applied to the car similar to style of the sample car in the structure, and acted as dynamic simulation analyses of the vehicle, too. Thus, the vibration simulation calculation procedure has certain directive significance., to analyze and predict the comfort of the vehicle.
