Vehicle’s suspension is set to ensure its riding and handling stability during the process of moving the car. Until now, many researchers have pay enough attention to automobile ride comfort, but the energy recovery of suspension has not been pay enough attention by researchers.With the rising on vehicle fuel price and green energy promoted by our county, energy recovery of vehicles will be pay attention as a study by researchers, such as brake energy recovery and suspension energy recovery, energy recovery suspension can achieve damping function and energy recovery by changing the damper vibration produced by road roughness into electrical energy. At this stage,the most first focus is vehicle ride comfort about active suspension,the second focus is considering energy recovery efficiency in the world.This topic of the previous work mainly analysis the energy recovers potential of the energy-harvesting suspension based on the evaluation of traditional vehicle damper’s energy dissipation. And then a vibration energy power flow calculation method is put forword. Focused on the energy-regenerative active suspension of linear motor, and with the sine wave road excitation, the relationship between body acceleration and harvesting energy root mean square value is calculated through Matlab simulation analysis.The calculation method provide the practical theoretical reference of the design of energy-regenerative active suspension parameters and active control algorithm, meeting the requirements of a certain riding comfort of the vehicle when recycle more energy and improve the harvesting energy efficiency at the same time.This paper mainly covers the following contents:First of all, the road vehicle dynamics model and vehicle performance evaluation index is established.According to a type vehicle parameters, with the different grade random road and vehicle speed of working conditions, to calculate the root-mean-square value of shock absorber’s energy dissipation,body acceleration and tire’s dynamic-static load ratio through Matlab numerical integral method, and discusses the relationship between the shock absorber’s energy dissipation, riding comfort and driving safety with the vehicle parameters.Secondly, based on the energy-regenerative active suspension of linear motor, this paper analyzes its structure, the principle of energy recovery and energy recovery simplified model of equivalent circuit. The vehicle performances with linear motor of energy recovery suspension system are simulated under servo state(not provide active force),which can be designed for electromagnetic actuator parameters of energy recovery device in the next chapter, and improve absorb’s vibration energy efficiency for active control and the ride comfort, balance the relationship between the vibration energy recycling and the consumption of energy for the active vibration isolation.Finally, the linear motor actuator was analyzed with the power flow calculation through the electromagnetic actuator input power, output power, energy-harvesting efficiency and vehicle acceleration root mean square value of the ride comfort. Which can help to provide the practical theoretical reference.of the design of active control algorithm and parameters for active suspension system.
