The study on multi_object optimization design is a very important research project in the area of electromagnetic in electrical apparatus. In this paper, four aspects are studied by the numbers. They are dynamic characteristic, optimization theory, global optimization arithmetic and realization techniques.At first, how to calculate dynamic characteristic is studied. In this paper , magnetic field and road method is introduced, which has changed the phase that the magnetic field method or the magnetic road method is used solely, combine two methods and exerted their excellence. The feasibility of this method is proved by experiment.Secondly, the multi_object optimization design method of electromagnetic mechanism is studied. Comparing with conventional method, the superiority of this one is obvious. In this paper, the mathematic optimization modal has been built by Game Theory which developed rapidly in many fields. And Tabu searching method has been used to solve the global optimization problem. So, the better electromagnetic mechanism has been designed.Thirdly, "the Optimization Design and Dynamic Characteristic Calculating of Electromagnetic Mechanism in Electrical Apparatus Application" has been developed by using OOP technique. The software can optimization design the electromagnetic mechanism according to users' requirements, give them designing projects and calculate dynamic characteristic.Fourthly, samples have been made and characteristic has been tested. In this paper, CJ20-25 alternating contactor is the study object. After optimization design to it, the sample has been made.The experimenters of Fuzhou University tested it dynamic characteristic. The result has shown that the dynamic characteristic of electromagnetic mechanism is proved after optimization design, so the project is feasible.
