| Safety production is important for the protection of society stability and orderly development. Dam safety, which is related to public safety is of fatal importance. Today, using dam engineering, computer, electronics, communication technology fruits and advanced management experience to set up online surveillance management system which is fit for hydraulic and electronic undertaking and enterprise pattern is the effective measure to make sure of and carry out the policy that the owner in power station takes charge of dam safety operation management and the government exerts surveillance management.This paper is to study how to establish online surveillance management system. The paper includes five parts: The first is problems analysis of implementing of security surveillance automatization of dams; The second is problems to be solved of implementing of security surveillance automatization of dams; The third is the mode of online surveillance management system; The fourth is an engineering example of BaoZhuSi dam; The last is measures that realize online surveillance management system.This paper analyzes the idiographic problems in implementing ofsecurity surveillance automatization of our country's dam and the general problems of implementing of security surveillance automatization. This paper also expatiates the mode of online surveillance management system, and makes detailed analysis in combination with the design and implementing of security surveillance automatization system of BaoZhuSi dam, At the end the author suggests to take five steps- dividing standards, stressing the main points, enterprise establishment, implementing in steps and government supervision- to establish the online surveillance management system in accordance with the actual situation of our country. |
