Aiming at the requirement of aspheric optical parts and the present state of their testing, it will have an important practical value to develop an equipment that will be easy to operate, commonly used and will have high testing precision.In this paper, on basis of the current machining state, a testing principle on aspheric surface is put forward to, the principle is a kind of touching method by testing the meridian of aspheric surface andcomparing it with the theoretical curve, so surface figure error is got.According to this principle, mechanical structure is designed andelectric-control system is researched. The electric-control system is composed of one single-chip microcomputer and one computer by serial communication. The single-chip microcomputer is 89C55, which drives executive body and does data acquisition. The task of the computer are data processing and image displaying by using VC++6.0 as software developing table.Mechanical parts with high precision and raster sensors are adapted in this equipment, electric control system can acquires, receives and processes data correctly, so this equipment can reach testing precision which is required.
