The reliability detection and records of ballistic signal is a very important research field, especially in industrial and military fields. Most of the shocks are harmful in practice, but if their patterns are recognized, the damage can be reduced or eliminated, and they may serve people with their features. The objective evaluation of signal parameter is based on accurate measurement. The difficulties in measuring ballistic electricity are signal acquisition and signal parameters evaluation, this thesis have done many jobs in these two areas and achieved some successes. The structure and operational principle of the system are expatiated in this thesis. According to the signal characteristics, design ballistic signal measuring system. Hardware mainly include data acquisition module, signal modulation circuit and trigger circuit. Programs mainly include SCM program, PC program and RS-232 serial communication program. The ballistic signal is captured by the trigger circuit, signal is sampled by data acquisition module, data is analyzed by PC software, and serial communication procedures realize automatic data transmission. This thesis describes the method of evaluating the parameters of ballistic signal, including the peak value, the lasting-time and the energy of ballistic signal, fitting the peak value by least square method, and integrating the ballistic signal in trapezoidal method. Analysis the ballistic signal spectrum through calculating Fourier transform, establish the mathematic model of measuring magnetic field by ballistic method.Experimental results indicate that the design of this system is feasible, and the system not only has good accuracy and repeatability, but also has practical value and popularizing prospect.
