The analysis of slope stability and study of its dispose is a key problem in slope engineering. And to ensure a long-term slope stability is essential to the procedure in highway's constructing and its following operation. This essay emphasizes on the study of the clay slope. Viscidity, plasticity and configuration are the significant natures of clay. And its contraction and sheer-resistance is relative to the hydrous nature of clay. We not only carefully discuss the clay's nature, its anti-sheer intension, the exponents of anti-sheer intension and the water pressure of the hole in clay, but also study varies analysis methods such as Sweden strip method, stability coefficient method and Bishop's simplified method of arc slice. Finally, we thoroughly discourse upon the method of none arc slice in slope analysis.There are some kinds of techniques in controlling and reinforcing the soil slope, such as bolts, anti-sliding piles, anti-sliding retaining wall, water-treatment and changing the nature of soil. This essay explains the application conditions of anti-sliding piles, its design and calculation mode. We also narrate other calculations of rigidity piles and elasticity piles. As to the ecologic protection technology, we discuss the control of surface water and under underground and the protective methods that directly planting in the slope or in the frame soil.This essay emphasize on the combination of theory and practice. We not only study the stability of slope and corresponding control methods, but also take the slope of ChongQing WanLiang as an example to analysis, based on the project of ChongQing WanLiang highway. We utilize Slope CAD as a calculation method, set up a slope mechanics mode to analysis the slope's stability. Meanwhile we discuss the effective factors in this slope. Besides, we study the collocation of anti-sliding piles, structure parameter and the distribution of internal force. And explain some important things about the practical construction of anti-sliding piles. Finally, we introduce how to set the water gutter and other protection measures such as plantation.
