Dredger(cutter suction dredger) is a major kind of working ship,the cutter ladder is an important structure of the dredger,the design of cutter ladder has extreme sense. In the paper,the cutter ladder of 500m3/h dredger structure analyzed based on structural mechanics,Finite element method and The risk analysis.1.To define the system of the cutter ladder and loads;2.To study the cutter ladder from structural mechanics,to define the sharp of structural and preliminarily verify its intensity;3.Using finite element method to study the intensity of the cutter ladder;4.Using The risk analysis to assess the design of the cutter ladder;5.Find the way to reduce the risks in designing.From this work,we can assess the design of the cutter ladder,find the way to reduce the risks in designing,take a basis of using the risk analysis in design,and provide a design way to the big structure on Engineering ship.
