Study On Residential Clubhouse

Clubhouse is one kind of recreational architecture which originates from the west and has distinctive characteristics of sub梒ulture. Generally speaking, clubhouses can be classified into two groups: resident clubhouses and professional clubhouses. Resident clubhouse is a very popular architecture with physical and culture that is closely related to the development of commercial buildings. On the one hand, all sorts of items and functions of the resident clubhouse are from recreational architecture. On the other hand, it has itself feature. So the resident clubhouse converges recreational architecture and real estate character and should be studied on both aspects. Resident clubhouse construction has some certain patterns in the developed countries. How to use these patterns in our country is still a problem.As the transferring of traditional benefit buildings into commodity buildings, the real estate market gradually enlarges. People are paying more and more attention to the planning, designing, and management of clubhouse. They hope to have a complete set of facilities so as to raise the level of the whole living area for better sale. This paper gives a full research on the recent resident clubhouse by investigating and comparing the resident clubhouse in our country, trying to find the problems in the situation.The value of this paper is both to provide enough warranty to residential planning and resident clubhouse building design.
