Along with the increasing in speed on the current line, it is more important of comfortable and safety in the passenger train. The request will be very strict in the construction of the bridges. At the same time, the motive function come from the lift train to the bridges will enlarge, especially to the top-bear type armor plate beam. Because of the original design standard was low, the horizontal angur rigidity is serious lack, when the high speed train passes, the exceed limit of the horizontal swing had affected the lifting of the main trunk line, these diseases had been existed earlier but had not been gotten to resolve radical, and along with the increasing in speed of railroad train, these diseases performance will be more seriously, it's time for resolve. This thesis will emphasis research the technique of reinforcing experiment test on the top-bear type armor plate the beam, especially to the 40-meter top-bear type armor plate beams of the big bridge of yellow river of zhengzhou. With the actual locale incestigating, the actual locale testing and the theories analyzing of the reason of the diseases producing of the exceed limit of horizontal swing and steel pole's break, and summaried the reinforcing measure of the top bear armor plate beam. With added the TMD, BOD reduce flap epuipment. added the second form beam, the preparative box and the connect both line etc on the big bridge of yellow river at Beijing to Guangzhou line, and contrast between before and after reinforced, we analysed the result and dicided to adopt the reinforce project to connect both line. TO that project, it was simple to construct, little effect to original pole, the safety coefficient is higher, the expense is lower, reduce flap is obvious, each of testing result was satisfied the detection criterion of railway bridge and the request of increasing in speed, consequently,it is very importance to guarantee the safety and the whole increasing in speed of Beijing to guangzhou line .The reinforcing technique to connect both line regid don't change the self-frquency of girder, but use the piece of rigid conjunction pole connect both juxtaposition girder together, under the together action of both girder, and increased the horizontal damp to realize the purpose of reduce flap. For don't delive the horizontal power, connect method adopt the double hingle connect, and made both girder just to deliver the horizontal power each other, and vertical power can change position, this the problem that the top bear armor plate beam don't accommodate the increasing in speed had been resolved radical.Adopt the rigid conjunction reinforce of both line, the biggest flap fad still exceed limit, especially that high plait and self-provided train, horizontal flap is still serious,by research and decided to do a preparative box reinforcing experiment on the big bridge of yellow river, and anticipate the result would be more obviously.This article of the thesis comes from production actually directly, and integrate the developed direction of current railroad closely, namely, the increasing in speed on the current line. To the difficult problm at the actual work, use the foundation theories at college and analysis with the proceed experiences, therefore, summary synthesize the every kind of technique and ability to solve creationary.
