The Feasible Analysis Of The Construction Of Specialized Deep-water Coal Berth For Foreign Trade Coal In The Coal Fourth Phrase Of Qinhuangdao Port

Qin Huangdao port is a traditional coal harbor in my country, and has always the absolute advantage in the domestic or international market. Recently, with the application of Nan Jiang coal specialized berth in Tian Jin port and Huang Hua port, the dominant position of coal transport in Qin Huangdao port is gradually weakened. To fit the increasingly intense competitive market, it's an urge to prove and analyze the feasibility of the specialized deep-water coal berth construction of the coal fourth phrase.Firstly, this issue analyzed the external environment of the coal transport in Qin Port, explained the ability of the "three west" coal rails passageway, the trains near the port, and the turnoff of the surrounding ports, then emphasized on the computation and analysis of the rails which connect Qin Port with the places of coal origin. Secondly, it analyzed the rails and surrounding ports developing trend, coal demands, the tendency of large-size of ship, and the port adaptability. Finally, based on those analysises, I put forward a plan of the construction of specialized deep-water coal berth for foreign trade coal in the coal fourth phrase of Qin Huangdao port. This program can improve the conditions of loading and unloading, form the advantage of extra-trade coal transport, raise the coal transport competition and testified the effect of the application in coming.In a word, this article has the important practical significance to the Qin Port on improving it's synthetical competitive ability in future...
