The bridge is a significant part of the highway .Because of the characteristics which has strict requirement ,it is doomed that the technical standard of the bridge is more strict than it on the usual on the road ,as overloading vehicles often go on it and unreasonable designs and construction often happen which is always resulted in the damage on the highway.The efficient evaluation of the bridge inspection in construction techniques .inspection theories and methods ,and strengthening the techniques can qurrante not only to make good use of the bridge ,but to prolonging the duration of its usage. There fore ,it is necessary to grasp the technology and to put it use.In the paper, some universal problems existing in practice are discussed and some solutions are worked out and put forward to, as the reference for the constructors and builders.After investigating the cause the damage to the bridge , I think it includes two factors, one is singly board to afford the force .The other is one of evacuated base of face plates connecting with bridge. This problems lie in almost all high ways.After choosing two bridges with pressure on signal board and making the research on it .It is clearly .seen that it is resulted from the both comparing actual data with these of design, we can find the difference between them. So we can analyse the cause to damages .We testing the effect of treating dicase in sienal board with carbon aceous fibre in 2001.And we also testing the feasible of affixing carbonaceous fibre to deal with it .we may search for the most reasonable, economic effect method .To the cause of the evacuated bare efface plate .Connecting with bridge, we refer to other means used in highways and search a method of injecting thegrout to the base .During almost one year ,the result was satisfying what is more the method is simple .adaptable and benifical .
