With the increasing requirements for architectural appearance and enhance the environmental awareness of low carbon, combined with the city development, people will pay much more attention to the fair-faced concrete buildings and structures.The research object is a 83 meters Bridge in the Chengdu LuHu Park, the bridge by the structure of the common foreign and domestic R & D, deck arrangement for automobile, bicycle and pedestrian separation type bridge, pier for prestressed V -shaped separation type slant leg connected with the beam bucket, the span arrangement is 49.8+26.9 meters, cross section of arch box girder bridge by the transition to a rectangular box girder bridge, the fair faced concrete process.In order to achieve architectural and structural design requirements, the master Degree Thesis discussed in detail from three aspects, it can be provide reference for similar bridge in Chengdu area.1. through the analysis of the system construction of bridge force characteristics, combined with the rigid frame bridge construction process requirements, research on how to effectively use the prestressed connector design of existing measures in the premise of not affecting the bridge structure, how to segment construction of bridge;2. the construction technology of V-shaped pier and girder, the construction of bridge shaped structure, the study of how to use a variety of temporary support system to complete the whole bridge V-shaped pier and variable cross-section and surface of 40 meters,30 meters and 10 meters Liang period.3. the fair faced concrete appearance quality requirements, through the test, to determine how the control of cement, sand, stone and other raw materials, mix proportion, construction site research proofing and template scheme finally explore technology and standard special-shaped bridge construction of fair-faced concrete.
