This thesis specifies the whole process of realizing the modeling and simulation of DK-1 electric-air brake and accomplishing the CAI system of this brake by using the object-oriented technology.First, the basic principle of DK-1 electric-air brake is analysed in this thesis, then by virtue of the basic principle and some necessary experimental data the mathematical model reflecting the moving process of the brake is set up.Next, by using the object-oriented analyzing and designing method and combining with the concrete character of DK-1 electric-air brake the frame design of the whole system is accomplished. When using object-oriented method, we can analyze and design program in spite of the concrete programming language. The method isn't only one kind of programming technique, but also one kind of new thinking method. The method can help programmers clearly describe abstract concept, which make it easy to communicate between programmers and users.Last, under Windows Operation System using Visual C++ we accomplish the whole programming of the software. In the course of programming, we use the App Wizard provided by VC++ design the application frame of the software, use Visual C++ MFC design the necessary data structure and graphic process. For the sake of realizing the synchronistic movement in mathematical model, the multithreading program idea is used. The instructed mode provided by the whole system make the basic principle of the brake from static to dynamic, from abstract to concrete, which can advance the interest and the absorbing capacity of the students. The system functions well under Windows98 or Windows2000 operation/ system.
