| Integrated warning technology is one applicable technology which develops with the development of aircraft design technology and electronic technology . At primary period it is only lamp warning , then it adds audio warning for improving warning efficiency ; And then because of development of integrating of cockpit instruments and realization of integrated display technology, one integrated warning type appears including main warning Lamp (and main notice lamp) -. audio and word marks warning, this type can perform feeling stimulation from sight and hearing, and can improve reliability and efficiency. On high speed fighter language warning is used to replace audio warning for decreasing pilot'sburden . XZG-1A integrated warning unit which includes audio and lamp andword marks warning types is researched for K8E aircraft , and is suitable to low speed training aircraft , there are some new achievements in XZG-1A research process: research of JC9335 special 1C ;dispose of warning signal for decreasing interference; construction design for improving lamp maintain ;design of special fixing unit for circuit board .The prediction value of MTBF is about 2007 hours.
