Abstract/Summary:
To improve and consummate the reliabilty, economity and agility is an unending research job. Nowadays, in the power net structure of our nation, 300MW generate set has become the main set, the problem of how to ensure the safe operation has been confront the theorist and practic workers.This article basing on the summery of the quiver problem of the importing 300 MW set, take the .#1,#2 set in the JingYuan power Ins Corp as the research subjects with the methods of shafting simulation test and spot test, analysed the quiver problem of the imported 300MW set and deal the quiver of the generator by using the result.The main job proceeded:â‘  Collecting the data through investigation, summery the chracteristic of the quiver of the imported 300MW setâ‘¡ To solve the quiver problem of the imported 300MW set , basing on the #1, #2 sets of the JingYuan Ins Corp and choosing the effiction of the aggravated plane, the changed stiffness of the #4 bearing and #7 bearing obtained the test result which can be used to be the conductorâ‘¢ To solve the too bad quiver problem of #5,#6 axletree tiles in the #1, #2 sets of the JingYuan Ins Corp.Outcome of the paper:â‘ Analyse and sum up the main reason of the imported 300MW set's quiver through see much literature.â‘¡Achieve the coefficient of each add weightiness plane affect on axletree's quiver via the experimentation of shafting analog.It can be used to direct the choice for the set's dynamical balance add plane and add weight.â‘¢Gain the stiffness and relation between level's variety and set's quiver through the experimentation of changing the level and stiffness.It offer the reference data for analysis and disposal of set's quiver.â‘£Adjusting stiffness experimentation of JingYuan Power Sation's #2 set indicat that to adjust the stiffness of joint and structure can resolve the problem of set's quiver on some condition.
