A single-ion microbeam facility is a set of system that can limit the diameter of the ion beam to the micron level and can deliver defined numbers of ions into an defined area of a cell. As an advanced facility technique of Radiation Biophysics,Single-ion microbeam facility provided a power method for the study of Radiation Biophysics and can be used to solve the problem that tradition method can not deal with. So many countries are concerned on the development of the technology.The center of ion beam bioengineering in the ASSIP is the first laboratory that dedicated to the study of the microbeam facility. Now we are busy fitting and testing the ASIPP Single-ion microbeam facility. The main work in this paper are as following:testing the performances of bend magnets and magnetic quadruple,simulating the course of beam-line transport,realizing the function of count of the number of radiated ions &control of the electronic beam shutter,calculating different voltage worked on the beam shutter of different beam-line,probing into some factors that may influence the controlling precision and providing some method to solve them.
