Abstract/Summary:
It is a trend that the cargos are transported in the form of bulk or container,and the trend has ibeen a symbol in transportation. A large of mount bulk cargo ,for example coal ,food supplies,fertilizer,ore,cement and so on has taken up quite share of the niarket. In the system of material freight,the processes stich as loadingship .transportation,unloading ship, the technology of loading and unloading cargo is important and weak,so studying the technology of bulk cargo loading andunloading equipment has been a branch of the cargo convey technologies .However,during the continuous bulk cargo unloading process, taking cargo among taking cargo,vertical transportation and horizon transportation is a key technique. Whether the taking cargo equipment is good or bad is a very important factor for thecapacity and efficiency of the bulk cargo unloading ship.This paper puts forward a new bulk taking equipment project-screw andgas sucking-taking equipment,first the paper analyses the movement of bulk material in the screw slot,and analyses the materials movement law under the influence of the varitational room between screws and the airflow qualitatively,establish the equation of movement of the stream of gas and solids bulks in screw slot and build up the law of material vertical transportation and airflow radial speed distribution in screw slot. The paper analyses the stress of bulk cargo ,puts forward the analytic method of working out the separating interface between gas and material and establishes t he model calculating model and the movementcharacteristic parameter equation according as the moment balance law to determine the size ,rotate speed ,the drive power of screw and the productivity. The papers alsobrings forward the design parameters of the material critical suspending speed and the wind capacity according the theory of the air transportation ,analyses and build up the condition of material diameter and airflow speed of the gas-solid current locating the separating interface . The paper analyses the particle radial separating speed in inertia field and the dropping speed in the gravity field,determines the relations among the separating critical diameter ,the rotate speed of screw ,airflow speed and the radial size of separating interface,establishes and work out theseparating diameter which value the separating effect of the new equipment.because of complexity of the mechanics of bulk medium and the process ofmaterial taking,it determines the difficulty of principle study of gas and solid transportation,in order to master the main law of something clearly,the paper puts forward some necessary assumes, we design a model test-bed and take experimerftation to validate the feasibility of the project and the. validity of the theory.
