Catenary algorithm is regarded as a theory which is much close to the truth in cableway design. But it's very inconvenient for the application of engineering because it belongs to surpass function, especially in the past when the computer is unpopular. With long time study of many researchers, now three algebra function methods are formed which are parabola algorithm , suspension cable algorithm and perturbational algorithm. To replace the catenary algorithm, those three methods just satisfied the needs of engineering in cableway design within the little limits of flexibility (S0<0.1). But in the design of larger flexibility(S0>0.1) the error is out of tolerance. Seeing that many researchers devoted themselves to the study of catenary method in recent years.Based on the standard curve of the catenary, the catenary algorithm of two-end-fixed cableway was studied in this paper, which established state coordinate equation and which used the numerical value method to analyze non-linear equations under the condition offeree equilibrium and condition of deformation compatibility.Combined with the practice of domestic cableway, the catenary algorithm of single span cableway under single load was improvedfirstly. Secondly, cableway of multiple load on catenary algorithm was studied. The multispan cableway was explored also. Furthermore the design system of cableway was made up, which can be used for the accurate skyline design and for the drawing of the vertical section profile. Whether the distance between packages in the lowest position and control points on the ground such as farmland, road, building, slope changing points would be kept in reserve can also be examined, and thus goods transport ways can be determined. It can provide reference to the cableway design for mining, forestry, tourism, hydraulic engineering, road building, teaching and research. The technical problem of cableway field was solved on the theoretical plane.By the standard of measuring data in engineering application, the comparison was made among parabola algorithm usually used on cableway design, catenary algorithm deduced in this paper and measuring data. The results show that the catenary algorithm is feasible and accurate. |
