In this paper, from the point of view of the shipping corporation, we analyze the actuality of the international shipping market, then we forecast the development of the international shipping market with the scientific study. Though the analysis of the vast statistic, we draw the conclusion that: in the past ten years, the supply is much than the demand in the international shipping market. And that, this current will last out. Thereby, we know that the shipping corporations are in the epoch of little profit. So, when they want to build new ships, they must carry through the argument of the economy carefully, and the result of the argument will effect the final decision. From this meaning, the economic argument of new ships is very important. In our paper, we sum up the traditional means of the economic argument, and introduce the merit point and the shortcoming of the means. After that, in allusion of the shortcoming of the traditional means, we introduce the newest theory of the simulation of the computer. Then, we bring out the improved means -we use the computer to simulate the variety of the international shipping market, then we draw the conclusion that whether we should build the new ship.In our paper, we bring out the practical steps of the computer simulation too. Using the new means, we simulate the economy of the building ship. Then, we compare with the traditional means, and finally we draw the useful conclusion. The method of the computer simulation is the same with the other ships, we may use it to make the economic arguments of the other models of the ship.
