Research On Planning Of Scenic Spot On Urban Fringe

With the continuous and steady increase of our country's economy and the great raise of the people's life, travel becomes the main way that people have their free time during the holiday and festival. Meanwhile the traveling market is developing in the orientation that the short-distance travel takes major position. For reasons above, this paper takes the scenic spot on urban fringe as the object of research and deeply searches into its feature, planning methods and the development trend. This paper is divided into two parts:The first part is the research on theory and method. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of the scenic spot in our country, then expounds the concept, basic features, type, origin and the related theory of the planning of scenic spot on urban fringe. Secondly, this paper analyzes three important problems in the planning of scenic spot: how to develop harmoniously with the city, how to protect actively and exploit reasonably and how to mine the cultural connotatioa It also inquires with a lot of concretes into the principles and methods on how to deal with these problems above.The second part is the creation and practice. Taking for example the real planning of the scenic spot of Jingding Mountain in the district of Honghuagang in Zunyi, the composition puts forward how to apply theory and method of planning the scenic spot on urban fringe to carry on resource assessment, market analysis, exploit orientation, overall arrangement and the deep understand of dealing with the three important problems inquired in the first part.Through researching the scenic spot in the point view of the specific geographical position-urban fringe, this paper has some creation and representativity. It also puts forward the concept of sightseeing strip of the urban fringe and expands the eyesight and field of the traditional planning of scenic spot so as to provid some beneficial consults for the planning of scenic spot and the construction of Mountain & Water city in our country.
