With the rapid development of our economy and society, the environment pollution each year also showed a trend of the worse, even beyond the carrying capacity of the natural resources and ecological environment in our country, faces enormous pressure, and the formation of the modern concept of ecology village, provides effective and feasible measures to solve the above problem. At present, certain achievements have been made on the construction of ecological farm in China though, at the same time it still has some problems, because of our vast territory and large difference of cultural customs, from the beginning, the copying, led to the construction of ecological farm with local regional spatial separation.In the process of ecological farm construction in our country, the construction speed and one-sided pursuit of economic interests, ignoring the protection of ecological environment, and not in the true sense realize the ecosystem of the farm.This article previously stable modern ecological farm planning and design as the research object, hope to ecological farm building theory in detail, this paper explores the construction of modern ecological farm practical methods.In view of the present domestic ecological farm planning problems existing in the process of design and construction, the main content of this design research is the planning and design of modern ecology village, based on the literature research at home and abroad now, on the basis of stable before in chuxiong city farm as engineering background, combining with ecological planning theory, analyzes the overall situation of the construction of the "beautiful country", emphasized the importance of water conservation, deepen the agricultural planting structure adjustment, to solve the ecological problems, considering various factors such as policy, economy, ecology, spatial organization, function configuration, form style and related content.Through the analysis of our country’s existing modern ecological farm as an example, proposed the modern ecological farm model of innovative planning and design.
