The number of reinforced concrete arch bridge in China is more, but there are many kinds of diseases affecting the safety of the bridge, and the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete arch bridge is declining, the research of the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete arch bridge in order to make the bridge more permanent and safe operation, and provide a reference for the maintenance and reinforcement of reinforced concrete arch bridge.After summarizing the domestic and international development of reinforced concrete arch bridge and research situation of domestic and foreign bridge evaluation, according to disease situation of reinforced concrete arch bridge, bearing capacity evaluation model of reinforced concrete arch bridge is established based on analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation criteria of the index layer and the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete arch bridge are established.Based on the example of arch bridge engineering, the Ansys model is established, and the reinforcement effect of the main arch rib is considered, and a reasonable simplification is made. The change of internal force and displacement of the key section of reinforced concrete arch bridge is studied by the temperature, rigidity, reinforcement corrosion and the displacement of the arch foot.Using the Ansys model to study the internal force change of the key section of the arch rib after the damage simulation of the arch bridge: the internal force of bridge structure is analyzed by concrete damaging 0.98%,1.96%,2.94% and 3.92% of inside,outside, upper and the lower edge of the arch rib respectively; the internal force of bridge structure is analyzed with reinforcement corrosioning 5.48%,10.96%,16.44%,20.58% of inside,outside, upper and the lower edge of the arch rib respectively; the internal force of bridge structure is analyzed with spalling damage 0.98%,1.96%,2.94%,3.92% of transverse beam, column, cap beam and T beam respectively.The results show that the change of internal force of the critical section is different from the damage of the component.According to this, the concept of internal force response judgment matrix is put forward, which is based on the change rate of internal force of each component damage, and the judgment matrix of each component is established. Based on the judgment matrix of internal force response, the initial weights of indexes in the evaluation of the bearing capacity of each component index are calculated. Based on the engineering examples of Fengshan bridge, Its main span is 7 × 69m reinforced concrete box rib arch bridge, In this paper, the hierarchical model and the method theory and the variable weight principle are used to evaluate the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete arch bridge, and the results are accurate.In this paper, a model of the structural state assessment of the arch bridge is established, and the structural state of the Fengshan bridge is also evaluated. Through the Midas model, the bearing capacity of the arch rib and T beam is analyzed, and the arch rib meets the requirements of the ultimate load carrying capacity of the highway Ⅱ, bridge deck T beam does not meet the requirements of the ultimate load carrying capacity of the highway Ⅱ. In this paper, the results of the bearing capacity assessment, the structural state assessment and the calculation results are consistent with the actual situation.
