Study On The Application Of Safety Evaluation In Safety Management Of Key Petrochemical

Safe production is a matter of people’s lives and property security, what is a matter of harmony and stability, is a matter of economic and social coordinated development. This paper discusses the safe production actuality and the characteristics of the current production safety accidents, and introduces the development and actuality of security evaluations. Furthermore, this paper discusses the importance of security evaluation combined with petrochemical concentrated zone.In the beginning, this paper established a security evaluation model of typical petrochemical community, and investigated the site situation through a basic situation of Nanjiang petrochemicals community, using qualitative and quantitative scientific security evaluation method. According to the evaluation module, we mainly made an analysis of the dangerous and harmful factors, and evaluated risk of fire explosion and poison leak diffusion affecting Nanjiang petrochemicals community safety and other risks.After evaluation and analysis on a major security hidden danger and problems, combining with the geographical position and enterprise characteristics of Nanjiang petrochemical community, from the actualities of general layout, production technology and equipment of Nanjiang petrochemical community, we analyzed on the safety of the whole community, and suggest the recent and long-term safe prevention and improvement measures according to different risk and hazard factors. By scientific methods of security evaluation in key petrochemical community, we can provide the sustainable development on the safety of the petrochemical community in technology. At the same time, the analysis and researches of the security evaluation can also expand to other areas and scope, and put forward more safe feasible schemes, which has strong practical significances to eliminate accident hidden dangers. Considering to the conclusions and recommendations of security evaluation, relevant government departments can strengthen the supervision on the targets, prompting security key industries related departments and units to carry out the enterprise main responsibility seriously.At last, through the investigation and study of this paper, we recommend that the national high level expert teams could evaluate and analyze regularly on the safe risk and control of key petrochemical community, and work hard to ensure the management measures on the safe of petrochemical community and equipment running in good condition.
