Sites of cultural landscape is one of the important part in cultural landscape, which becomes the focus of attention. Jinning is a country in Kunming. It is located in central Yunnan Province. It carris out diverse types of sites cultural landscape because of the unique and rich context ley. Jincheng town and Shizhaishan tombs are two of the most typical categories. They are ancient Dian culture left behind civilization. They will promote the development of the core power Jinning county. With the rapid development in recent years and urban population growth, they do not get a reasonable protection and development while slowly fading.Firstly, under the research background "globalization and urbanization", analysis of the developments in the protection and utilization of domestic and foreign sites. The author is to sum up the concept, characteristics and the significance of the protection of the ruins. Study of the conservation status of the domestic sites in a typical case. Elaborated the concept of protection of the ruins. Summarize models for the development and protection of the Planning and Design. Through detailed analysis of the cultural landscape of Jinning research sites, they faced quadruple Dilemma:orientation blur, dilapidated artificial environment, debilitating human environment, poor internal and external traffic. According to the current characteristics of the author proposes:really original historical inheritance protection is based on the site, development is the revival of the real means to achieve ruins,stick to the bottom line of the implementation of protection "protection and development". Then, the author propose the development of guiding principles for the protection of nature-"Four of Five". And the authors propose protective Development Strategy:Organic update the space,integrated into contemporary life; Regeneration ruins culture,continuation worth of sites; Fusion surroundings,return to pastoral.Through conservation guidelines and policy development, in the ruins of the ancient city ruins of protected areas to achieve its development mode and tomb site to Heritage Park development model to achieve protection. Finally, achieved in different ways sites regeneration continuing value in creating the cultural landscape.
