In the grid system, the intelligent level of control system of low- voltage circuit break will give direct impact on the protection performance of the whole system, so the study of control system of low- voltage circuit break is very important. There exist many critical problems during the process of transforming. First, the accuracy of outlier data detection algorithm is low. Second, the intelligent degree of current protection method is not high. Third, the on-line inspection of mechanical properties is easy to be distorted, and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper is designed to develop intelligent control of low- voltage circuit break.Firstly, aiming at the inaccuracy and high time complexity of outlier detection in the control system of circuit breaker, the data stream mining technology is introduced and a new algorithm of outlier detection which is based on k—distance in the sliding windows is proposed. This algorithm uses sliding time window to divide the data signals and keep them static, then uses the idea of distance to prune data and do the further testing. At the same time, this paper uses the new algorithm to compare with the other detection methods.Secondly, according to the situation that the current protection is influenced easily by the operation of system, the intelligent degree is not high in the control system of low- voltage circuit break. This paper approaches a new current protection way which combines the adaptive methods with the slope model based on the current protection of three sections. The new way uses the adaptive way to set the current value for overload long time delay protection and short circuit delay protection, and improves the intellect degree. The new way uses the way of the slope model to analyse short circuit instantaneous protection, and reducing effectively the misoperation of circuit break.In addition, aiming at the situation that the sensors are installed inconveniently and the transformation of non-linear is employed in data processing, This paper approaches a novel detection method. The new way introduces the concept of analog slider in the mechanical structure of circuit breakers, and installs the liner displacement sensor on the slider body. The new way uses the linear relationship between the slider and the movable contact of the circuit breaker to transform the data collected by the sensor by the linear means.At last, combining with the standard model of IEC61850,this paper designs the core function program for the controller of low- voltage circuit break, and develops the main program with anti-interference measures of software...
