| In car driving, sudden flat tire, traffic accidents happen. Occurrence blowout is the main reason for the tyre pressure is not a normal, especially depression for a long time. How to monitor tire pressure blowout prevention, become an important subject of safe driving. So the automobile tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) should be formed at the right moment.The paper first analyzes the relationship between tire pressure and driving safety, interprets the current situation of domestic and foreign of TPMS, then introduces the classification of TPMS, analyzes the various schemes of TPMS, based on this, puts forward the TPMS overall design scheme of a highly integrated. According to the overall scheme, design the hardware and software of detection processing transmitter module and receiving processing monitoring module. In terms of hardware, design the circuit principle diagram and PCB diagram, including transmitter module, receiving module circuit, main circuit, key circuit and display alarm circuit, parking driving trigger circuit, power circuit, finally manufactured out of the circuit. In terms of software, design the transmitting terminal and receiving terminal program flow chart, and compile the master control, key, display, alarm, triggering, CRC check program, etc. Transmitter module is adopted detection processing transmitting integration TPIC82010 chip. Receiving module is adopted Toshiba TB31371 FNG chip, and receiving MCU PIC18LF2520 chip processor by Microchip Display is adopted using the most advanced OLED technology chip UG-2864KSWLG01. Finally, under laboratory conditions, the system function tested, and the performance of the system are analyzed. The results show that the system reaches the design requirements.With the development of economy and people’s safety consciousness enhancement, tire pressure monitoring system in China will become like ABS car standard configuration. At home and abroad tyre pressure monitoring system has a vast after-car-market. Therefore, the research and development of high performance high reliability of car tire pressure monitoring system will generate huge economic benefits and social benefits. |
