With the development of the society, the automobile has become one of the essential tools for people to travel, and people are increasingly concerned about the safety of cars. This article is intended to develop a tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) with wireless radio frequency technology core, is practical and easy to produce. By studying TPMS Manchester coded FSK modulation radio frequency communication method to improve reliability of data transmission on the basis of the transmission distance and the accuracy of the received data. This paper completes the overall design of the system by analyzing the current development TPMS,the system works and the key technologies. Tire pressure measuring transmitter module make Feeescale MPXY8300 series chip as the core, the module is mainly for data conversion, transmission, switching chip operating modes and so on.Receiving and processing module make MC68HC908LJ12 microcontroller as the core, completeing RF function, serial function and power circuit design to achieve wireless data transmission and reception functions. Analysis of RF antenna design theory, four-arm spiral antenna was analyzed and simulated based on HFSS software, proposed four-arm spiral antenna as tire pressure measuring transmitter module antenna. While the low-frequency wake-up circuit is analyzed theoretically, using Protues software simulation to design low-frequency wake-up circuit. Simulation technology greatly simplifies the experimental process and shorten the development time.According to the working principle of the system, set up a test system to verify the feasibility of the technology.
