| This thesis carries on the structure design and the theoretical analysis to the miniature swash plate compressor which displacement is under 3cc. The application object of miniature compressor need to suffice the requirement of smooth and quiet operation, therefore decided to its must have the characteristics of low vibration and low noise. The primary source of compressor vibration and noise is the reciprocating inertia force generated by the reciprocating motion of piston component,so the dynamic balancing problem must be solved in the small space and it will be difficult. This thesis carries on the structure design of miniature of miniature swash plate compressor, builds the three-dimensional model and mathematic model of miniature swash plate compressor, and then analyzes the mechanics law of the models in theory. Studies have shown that: using the structure scheme of two-cylinder layout when design and manufacture the miniature refrigeration compressor which has swash plate, can reach the effect that translate the piston reciprocating inertial force into the twist inertia moment within surface of the cylinder, thus can take advantage the large span screw to resist it; In addition, the centrifugal inertia force of the swash plate have a certain degree of reduction to the twist inertia moment which is produced by the piston motion, but the oversize centrifugal force will produce large rotary twist inertia force which is harmful for the vibration of compressor. This hint is obtained that the structure layout of the two sets of piston is a better damping scheme. Moreover, through optimizing the unbalanced eccentric quality of the swash plate can restrain the inertia moment within surface of the cylinder which has a great influence on the vibration of compressor, thus achieve the purpose of reduce the vibration and noise of compressor.The chief research of this thesis as follows:1. The structure layout and the scheme design of the miniature swash plate compressor have been finished;2. The thesis for the miniature swash plate compressor establishes the geometric theory and finished the basic calculation, including the model of kinematics and dynamics, the model of the instantaneous Mach number and the relative loss of pressure, also carries on the related calculation of thermodynamic;3. With the help of engineering analysis software MATLAB, the thesis carries on thesimulated analysis to the kinematics and dynamics for this type of compressor, conducts the simulated study on the characteristics of the mechanical behavior of the component of this compressor, carries on the theoretical analysis and theoretical explain to the design of the compressor;4. Using the finite element analysis software WORKBENCH to carry on the static calculation of the key parts of the compressor. |
