Shaker has been widely used in the industrial production of various industries and plays an important role in industrial production. In the process of using the vibrating screen, we often need to make multiple motors work together to achieve the desired effect of industrial production. The research of the collaborative work of shaker excitation that we usually refer to the synchronous. Among self-synchronous vibration screening of theoretical research and practical application, the synchronization process research shaker plays an important role. Researchs on self synchronization process of vibration system by using electromechanical coupling method, researchers can understand the process of the machinery for synchronizing a smooth transition from the start. During this process, for the vibration system strong oscillations occur, mechanical vibration damage is very serious, so the research of transition process of vibration synchronization system has great practical value. This topic is mainly engaged in the study of self synchronization operation characteristics and stability characteristics of four motor-driven shaker. The dynamic differential equation was established with lagrange equation and the self-synchronization qualification the stability condition were built with the dynamic equation. With Matlab/simulink numerical analysis software, Motors driven and the system of the vibration model under the environment of Simulink were established. Based on these,we built the electromechanical coupling model of self synchronous operation of vibration system and numerical analysis of the electromechanical coupling model in the different operation conditions. The numerical analysis results and the theoretical analysis results were compared and discussed four motor driving self synchronous vibration system operation characteristics and its changing law. The results of this analysis has important significance to the vibration system design analysis and engineering application.
