In this paper, the relating theory on the problem of the dynamic characteristic and the electromechanical-coupling mechanism of self-synchronous vibrating system with three-motor-driving are researched by the way of analytical dynamics, based on gathering and analyzing information about Self-synchronous Vibrating System with plane moving. Then the data collecting system of phase's difference is developed. All of these can provide theoretical foundations for designing new kinds of shale shakers.The study content belongs to "study on the dynamic characteristics of self-synchronous vibrating system with multi-motor-driving", which is the item of Sichuan youth science and technology fund (04ZQ026-015),and "study on the electromechanical-coupling mechanism and synchronization control of self-synchronous vibrating system with multi-motor-driving", which is the item of SWPU. The main contents of this paper could be described as follows:(1) On the basis of Lagrange system dynamics, the dynamics equations of self-synchronous vibrating system with three-motor-driving are established. Then according to analysis dynamics theory, the self-synchronizing condition and synchronizing state stability condition of self-synchronous vibrating system with three-motor-driving are inferred. All of these can provide theoretical foundations for designing new kinds of shale shakers.(2)considered to the interaction between motor system and vibrating mechanical system, the electromechanical-coupling model of Self-synchronous vibrating system of two same directional gyration ,reverse gyration motors and three-motor-driving are established.(3) Based on the electromechanical-coupling model ,the simulation model of Matlab/Simulink is established. After running the simulation model under several transitional processes, the electromechanical-coupling mechanism of self-synchronous vibration and the vibratory synchronization transmission of the vibrating system with of three same directional gyration and three diverse directional gyration motor driving are showed, and validate the correctness of the simulation model has been validated.(4) The measuring system of the phase's difference of vibrating system with three-motor-driving is designed.
