This subject comes from IEST and Mechanics Research Institute's cooperation project—electro-hydraulic centrifugal shaker. Vibration exciters of the ordinary electro-hydraulic shaker are installed on the base whose mass is regarded as infinite and stiffness is ignored. But the basket, the vibration exciters'base of the centrifugal shaker, has lower mass and stiffness. Exciting force can result in deformation of the basket for this reason. This paper mainly studies the influence of deformation of the basket on centrifugal shaker's control characteristics.A rigid-flexible coupling and multi-body dynamic model which contains basket and shaker was established by PRO/E,ANSYS and ADAMS Co-simulation method firstly. This job is the foundation to research the influence of basket's multi-order modal on control characteristic.Flexible body has many modals. Two types of hydraulic mechanism models, the hydraulic system not affected by basket's stiffness and the hydraulic system affected by the first-order modal of basket, was established for comparative analysis to study the influence of first-order modal'parameters on hydraulic system.Servo control strategy of the centrifugal shaker contains three-state controller, freedom decomposition and synthetic matrix, pressure stabilizer. The basket's stiffness should be considered in the design of three-state controller. Two types of controller were designed for comparative analysis.The controller of hydraulic system affected by basket's multi-order modals is designed in MATLAB and ADAMS Co-simulation environment. The analysis of the simulation results shows that resonance peak of the control system affected by multi-order modal of basket appears nearby the basket's first order natural frequency. The correction function should be added to eliminate the shaker's oscillation. But we can't achieve the purpose of correction because of the larger deformation of basket and the restriction of the system power.
