| Steep mountain is deemed as the type not easy to be developed due to the limits of transportation and sharp slope according to mountain city construction theory and traditional mountain construction experience. This thesis aims to develop the unaccessible mountain land of Beijing through a special transportation way which named PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) to solve the problem of housing lackness and people density in the center of Beijing.Compare the land price between urban area and rural area and find out the land price in rural area is1/10of the price in urban area, the thesis propose that economy is a main element to affect the cost; besides this, the thesis provide a calculation about the precise cost to construct buildings on steep mountain land and analyse that different building style lead to different building cost, combining with the cost to give the suitable building style on the steep mountain land.Besides, dark and humid are always the main problems for cave residence, the thesis aim to take an advantages of steep slope of mountain to install air shaft connecting the interior and exterior to solve the problems, using the light pipe to bring natural light to solve the problem of dark inside. Finally, the thesis propose a transportation system of combing the PRT system and broad walk by specific concept drawings. On the same way to solve the problems of energy shortage:Set up a water hole to solve the water shortage problems, set up a photovoltaic generation simulator to solve the electricity shortage, set up passive solar house and heated brick bed as well as heator chamber to solve the heating shortage problem.Finally, the thesis provide some suggestions about the strategy of development of Beijing steep land of mountain... |
