My thesis introduces advanced project management software as safeguard measures of program implemented. In the final my thesis designs the Analytic Hierarchy Pro cess to evaluate the program. Through the above optimization program wo can enhance the le vel of project management, custom-er satisfaction, effectively avoid or reduce project risk, an d achieve better economic and social benefits objectives, so that the research of my thesis has important practical significance.
