Design Of Wireless Heat Meter Reading System Based On 3G Network

With the innovative wireless technology and computer technology,our heat meter reading technology has made a significant progress, but the management of heating, wireless meter reading technology and the problems of heating charges has become increasingly serious. For shortcomings of the heat meter reading in the current, we design a new heat meter reading system which is based on 3G network. 3G wireless network meter reading is a system which combines the wireless transmission technology and computer technology together. It is the system which is include in the heat meter data collection, data transmission and data management can help heating sector to manage. So it can form a complete network of wireless hot new meter reading system.With the currently rapid development of 3G technology, it is a fancy trend for 3G technology to be applied in the wireless meter reading system heat. In data transmission over short distances, the development of cable transmission is very mature and has been widely used in daily life or industrial production. However, wired transmission has its own limitations. Therefore the paper select the herein Si4432 wireless chip to achieve wireless short-distance data transmission. In the long-distance data transmission, 3G technology is used as technical support to achieve the transmission of data. This design will combine the data collection, data transmission and data management, which has characteristics in low power consumption, communication distance and strong wall capability.This paper introduces the short distance wireless data transmission technology and long-distance data transmission technology, and completes the overall design of the system. The system can achieve a wireless data acquisition and wireless transmission. In hardware design part, the paper through the design of short-range wireless transmission system circuit, 3G wireless transmission systems and the relay station completed the overall construction of the system hardware. In the software part, we used time division multiple access technology to solve the problems of conflict of communication in the heat meters and the concentrators. By calculating the data link and setting the wireless chip Si4432 transceiver make a short-distance data transmission come true in software. The 3G network module use PPP dial access to the 3G web and complete the long-distance transmission of data. Finally, the system finished the testing in the wall respectively Si4432 capacity, data transmission distance and 3G networks. The result showed that the heat meter reading system based on 3G wireless networks very well complete the data collection and wireless transmission.It can ensure that the wireless heat meter reading system safely and efficiently operate in real applying.
