Research On Space And Color Design Of Pension Service Center Based On Behavioral Psychological Analysis

According to the analysis of population data in our country,the author knows that our country has entered the aging process.Especially a growing elderly population in our country over the years,which makes the problem of pension more and more serious.Therefore,we should attach importance to the development of old-age buildings.For the time being,the phenomenon of aged tendency of population has become common in the society.Because of this,the rise and development of old-age buildings has become an inevitable appearance to meet the needs of the aging population market.One of the important elements,color,has a certain effect on our psychology and physiology,not to mention on the elderly.In a word,It is of great significance to study the interior space color design of old-age buildings and raise the living quality and quality of the elderly.After the human physiological cycle enters the old age,the person's psychology,the physiology and the function are constantly degenerating,moreover,is particularly prone to the phenomenon of anxiety,emptiness,uneasiness and depression.On this basis,it is obviously reinforced that our dependence on the environmental color in the surrounding space.In this paper,the author mainly describes the design of space as well as the design of pension building‘s color,studies the development of indoor color,investigates the color,and draws the importance of indoor color design.One of the important expression methods in space color,could affect the mind and body of the elderly.Public space is an important place for the elderly to communicate and do some activities.It is important and prominent that designing a comfortable and warm space color for the elderly.This paper is mainly composed of five parts:Part one: The introduction part of this chapter is mainly discussed with five sections.Firstly,it introduces the background of the author's research.Then,after clarifies the main body,it processes a review and research on the current situation at home and abroad,so as to reach the purpose and sense of this research.Finally,introduces the author's research methods and main research framework.Part two: theoretical foundation.In this part,it discusses with six aspects.Separately studied the theory of behavioral psychology,the factors that influence color,the analysis of color card of indoor space in endowment building and the color design ofspace as well as the problem existed in the current color.On the basis of these theories,study with function and influence of the pension building's space color.Part three: this chapter is mainly the case investigation of the old-age building at home and abroad.Through the field investigation and visit of the domestic old-age building,and the questionnaire survey of the elderly in the nursing home,the relevant indoor color design data are obtained.It also discusses the design and development of pension architecture abroad through consulting papers,literature,architectural journals and related magazines.Finally,the research results are summarized and interpreted.Part four: this chapter is mainly about practical application,using the basic of theories in the above to the old age service center room's indoor color design.The practical project of public rental housing for the elderly is introduced,and his plan,elevation and scheme are displayed.The third section is an application of the spatial color of the pension service center.The fourth section introduces the humanized design characteristics of the pension service center from three aspects: lighting optimization,household detail design and color humanized design.Part five: the last chapter is conclusion and prospect which obtain the conclusion of this research.It serves the shortcoming of this research,furthermore present the expectation of the future.Through the discussion in this paper expected,could arouse the attention of the elderly and the indoor space color of the old-age building.Furthermore,the author hope to provide a comfortable and warm environment for the elderly,only in this way the elderly can live here happily and comfortably.
