Research On Landmarking Of "Health Management Standard For Centralized Air Conditioning And Ventilation System"

Abstract:[Objective] To provide scientific foundation for setting up the local standard of Shanghai "Hygienic specification for the management of central ventilation and air conditioning systems".[Methods] After extensive collection of the domestic and international hygienic standards and specifications about central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public buildings, detailed comparison of the requirements in key aspects, the opinion soliciting draft of the standard is completed on the basis of investigations and measurements.[Results](1) The impact on the indoor environment by the use of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public buildings is understood after the analysis about the pollutants in key aspects, the requirements in domestic and international hygienic standards and specifications about central air conditioning ventilation system in public buildings are compared, then the results demonstrated that we have to strengthen the connection with the other standards about indoor mechanical ventilation industry and to increase the operability of the new local standard in the process of compilation.(2) By investigation and measurement the hygienic design and management of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems in typical public buildings, detection the pollution of legionella in cooling tower water and condensed water, evaluation the effect for the cleanliness of air ducts, we understood the current status of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public buildings and the importance to improve the hygienic pre-assessment, the day-to-day operation and management, the hygienic design of the cooling tower and the hygienic supervision and inspection system.(3)After find out the limitations in current local standard, the key issues and main content are studied and discussed extensively on the basis of the actual situation and the successful experience of foreign countries.[Conclusion] The draft of "Hygienic specification for the management of central ventilation and air conditioning systems" has been worked out for soliciting comments.
