With economic development, the number of vehicle driver and vehicle increasesquickly, then road traffic accidents increase, it caused a large number of casualties andproperty damage and it obstructed the harmonious development of society. To preventand reduce traffic accidents and reduce casualties and property damage caused by theaccident is an important issue in the field of road traffic safety.From the micro perspective, this paper studied the factors to cause traffic accidents,established the early-warning system of traffic accident and it include "road,environmental early-warning" and "driving warning". Road, environmentalearly-warning subsystem are analyzed road and environmental factors that related toroad accidents, and select some of these factors as the prediction index system, thenusing fuzzy fusion method to fuse quantified qualitative indexes and quantitativeindexes to establish traffic accident rate prediction model. setting up safety index asearly-warning parameters, the interpolation method is adopted to establish the accidentrate and safety index mapping relationship, through the safety index of correspondingearly-warning alert degree of the interval to complete system functions; Drivingwarning system analyzes the characteristics of different types of accident, driver’s state,vehicle state,environmental factors and different types of accident mapping table isestablished, using Rough Set Theory simplify relational tables to draw the fastestaccident rule table of fusion algorithm. Real-time monitoring of driving state, accordingto the rules of accidents table to judge the possibility of accident, implement system ofearly warning function. Finally the example simulation analysis to verify theeffectiveness of the two subsystem. Through the road, environmental and drivingsynchronous dynamic early-warning of traffic accident to realize comprehensiveearly-warning function.In this paper, the road traffic accident dynamic early-warning system that studiedbased the multi-source information fusion, can reduce accidents effectively, realize thetraffic accident prevention and control comprehensively, scientifically and humanly,improve the level of road safety, to provide theoretical basis and technical support forthe establishment of early-warning system.
