| The Asphalt mixture Marshall stability experiment is used to test the Marshall stability and flow value of the Specimens of asphalt mixture in load cases. The Marshall stability is a important index that is used to evaluate asphalt Mixture proportion in the Pavement construction and quality detection, it is the important reference in the Evaluation of the asphalt mixture performance, Therefore, the authenticity and the accuracy of date is very important. This test is widely used in domestic road construction.according to《the highway engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test code》, This paper mainly designed to ADuC845 as the core control circuit, the function module includes: load measurement circuit, displacement measurement circuit, temperature measurement circuit, real-time clock circuit, liquid crystal display circuit, keyboard circuit, the power supply circuit, etc. In the software design part, it realized data acquisition, data analysis/processing and LCD etc. Realize the system startup, loading and unloading, data measurement, limit protection, etc. PC is based on Visual Basic 6.0, it realize the lower place machine start, stop, self-check, upload data operation, and ,realized the experimental data real-time display, storage, historical data query, experimental results printing, etc.In this paper, the fuzzy PID control is introduced to the system, with MATLAB simulate the control system of temperature, compared with simulation results of the conventional PID and fuzzy PID, the results shows that the Fuzzy PID is adaptability, good at robustness, improved the control system of temperature effectively.Through the practice shows,the experimental control system has achieved the common level, through the actual experiment , it have high precision, simple operation, accurately display data, PC have the friendly man-machine interface, realized the measurement control test integration.
