Study On Residential Environment Design Based On Regional Characters

With the rapid population increased in the 21th century, dwelling has become the focused social hot spots by various countries around the world. After the reform and opening up of our country and along with the economical and national strength development, the dwelling of our people is continuously improved. In the meantime, the requirement of the people's living environment is changed from only meet the past material function to satisfy spiritual cultural.As the accelerated process of urbanization, residence construction scale and amount is increased rapidly, additionally the information globalization, on the premise of many residential areas are designed and constructed without considering the local special natural environment, cultural background and customs, but only focus on blindfold occidentalized, which caused lots of cities seem like the same sight, consequently more and more living area and residential environment lost their own distinctive regional characteristics, cultural interest and sense of belonging.In connection with these phenomena, in this paper,we put the modern residential environment as the research object, the theoretical research of which includes the concept and influencing factors of residential environment as well as the characteristics and function of regional culture, in order to explore the links and reciprocity between each other. After through actual cases investigation, we analyzed that the major factors of region culture how to affect residential environment design. On the basis of theory research and practice analysis, we summarized the design methods and strategies of residential landscape which can manifest the region culture characteristics.By means of theory research, method summarizes and practice design, theoretical evidence and method instruct are provided for commercial residential area development and design in current market economy environment. And it also emphasized considering and integrate design all these factors such as layout, architecture and sight during design, in order to change the design disjoint previously.
