On House Optimizing Design During New Construction Of The Rural Areas In Middle And South Of Henan

Rural housing and human civilization develops synchronously almost. Rural housing is the original building emerged in history. It is closely related to people's everyday life, and also a primitive building type which develops continuously. It's hints of Objective laws of buildings in different times and environment. Also, it reflects the local Economy, culture, production, life, ethics, customs, religion and philosophy, aesthetics and other concepts. Thus, more and more Scholars trend to research on traditional housing for new break through.Since 1980's, countryside residents in Henan province changed a lot both on living materials and spiritual pursuing. We can clearly tell that from the housing style change, which is more and more urbanized. However, lots of issues emerged, such as inefficient layout, poor function with huge space, Land resources wasting, and most of these buildings are the same style without any local characteristics. All these issues are caused by lack of professional instruction.The author, in this thesis, Based on investigation, study analysis, sort a large number of existing residential areas, and attempts analysis the Evolution of different kind of space format in order to summarize some valuable rules of rural housing in middle and south of Henan. The author discussed Further more on the relationship between housing and cultural in middle and south of Henan. Supported by the analysis above, a new design concept of rural housing is proposed.The key points of this thesis are: inheritance and development of rural housing in middle and south of Henan. Inheritance is clarified by a systematical analysis of the rural hosing type and also the relationship between the housing and cultural in middle and south of Henan; Development focus on the design style which could be promote to the New Construction of the Rural Areas.One important thing is the difference between rural and city housing design. Rural housing is firstly essential for life. Secondly, it is the inflection of family treasure. Thus, it has it's own functional and environmental require. The author tried to master the basic essential of new construction of the Rural Areas design through this research topic.At last, a design output was born based on theatrical and practical research methodology. This new design methodology was also practiced in the New Construction of the Rural Areas.
