In the weapon system development, Radio Frequency Simulation System (RFSS) is an essential research method for missile quality. Calibration System is a very important tool of the RFSS, precision of the RFSS largely depends on the accuracy of the calibration equipment accuracy and calibration methods.This article discusses overall design of the RFSS firstly, selects high-performance microwave devices to develop a high dynamic range and high sensitivity broadband-receiver based on the overall design, and various performance index of the receiver is measured.In order to meet the engineering needs of automated measurement calibration control program with multiple-threads and excellent human-computer interaction which controls the calibration device in the coordination of the various instruments and equipment to complete a variety of calibration tasks is developed. This paper describes the control flow of various calibration module in detailed and gives the key codes.This paper derives target localization formula and discusses the error factors which affect target location accuracy from triad of antennas-array, calibration measuring system and aerial array position control, and practical objectives of the project is given. This program effectively improves target location accuracy.Finally, this paper carried out a detailed analysis of the data. The ultimate goal of positioning accuracy from the measured data shows that the device positioning accuracy better than 1.5mrad (RMS), which meets the target requirement of the RFSS.
