| By studying the conceptual design, comparing the computational results, referring to the documents, the computational model of"New orient? International project"is established and the structural system is optimized, which is recognized adequately by the owner, targeted for transfer beam by using ETABS and FEQ analyzed, considering the thermal stress effect on the transfer beam, the results in conclusion has some practical value. The whole structure is divided reasonably. The top of the basement is taken as fixed-end, and the upper structure is divided into three structural units as A, B, and C, which simplifies the structural computation. The plane size of the basement is 130mX145m, the length of unit A is 104m, and the plane size of unit B is 104mX89m, all of them are ultra-long structures, the computation is carried out on concrete shrinkage deformation and temperature deformation, and the measures are presented to eliminate them. Pile-raft foundation is used under main building, and the group housing adopts natural foundation. The settlement of main building and skirt building is computed, during which the method of"releasing"then"resisting"is used, not setting the permanent settlement joint. Unit A and unit C are Partial frame-supported shear wall structures, the integral calculation is carried out for unites, and the transfer beam is analyzed to focus. It is presented that the transfer beam can be nearly close to stability when the substructure is not less than two layers and the superstructure is not less than four layers. The structural schemes of floor system on skirt building are compared in this paper, and the cast-in-place mono directional secondary beam-slab system is indicated to be suitable for this project. This paper also introduces the method for selecting the foundation form and the requirement for the material of later-built wall. Both SATWE and ETABS are used respectively in computing, and the time-history analysis under frequent earthquake is carried out in this paper. The results in this paper provide a reasonable reference for related project. |
