Turbine machinery is widely applied to a large number of fields, such as aero-space, energy development, and industry. The vibration detection technique for high-speed rotating blade in turbine can ensure machinery running safely and steadily. The vibration detection technique for rotating blade based on tip-timing principle is the mainstream in the development. According to the existing vibration detection system for high-speed rotating blade in the lab, a simulating system of pulse is researched, which simulates pulse emitted by sensors in detection system, and which verifies software algorithm as testing section. The mathematical equation including vibration information is built, and then the time of every blade reaching sensor is calculated, which is the pulse starting time. After the pulse sequence is sent to the detection system, the software algorithm can be tested and verified by comparing the analysis results with set parameters. The hardware scheme based on ARM and FPGA is selected by comparing some control and operation chips, which can meet the requirement of high speed, high precision, and wide adjustable range. Moreover, the system is designed as a portable equipment with keyboard and LCD, and it is successfully applied to vibration detection system for high-speed rotating blade as testing section, and accurate vibration parameters are gotton.The main work is shown as follows:1. According to the characteristic of vibration signal based on the tip-timing principle, the mathematical equation including vibration information is built, and the pulse's generating time values are correctly calculated by iteration method.2. The hardware scheme based on ARM and FPGA is selected to meet the requirement of high speed and high precision after other chips'performance were considered and compared carefully.3. The hardware circuit is designed, and the system is tested, and the model machine is made.4. The control program of ARM and the calculation program of FPGA are built, and the accuracy and reliability of algorithm are verified.5. The noise signal from on-site actual sensor is analyzed, white noise is generated to ensure real result.
