Preliminary Study Of Thousand Beds Hospital Design Based On Integrated Design

Hospital is a special place of related to human health, aging, illness, death. Hospital is also a set of technical, complex function and particular building type, with socio-economic development, scientific and technological level and by advances in medical knowledge. From the late nineties of the last century, China go into a large height period of general hospital building development. Large-scale construction in the current context of the hospital, the hospital's integrated design by highlighting the growing importance.This article in the "hospital integrated design" is refers to the set of medical, health, medical assistants, logistics, research, office and other functions into one of the city's comprehensive hospital area indoor and outdoor space within the overall design. This article first appeared in the background of the hospital building large-scale analysis of the issues, and to make the integrated design concept, and through the hospital two important aspects of the integrated design– the study between the design of hospital design in the development and all aspects of its design coherence , a reasonable design and methods of the design process to solve the overall design of the hospital problem. These design ideas and methods is not only based on the development of hospitals ,based on historical analysis, but also based on the medical model of development ,the more established of the data collection, literature review and the basis of engineering practice. Finally, it following the "discovery issues - analysis of the problem - to solve the problem," the basic idea, through the engineering design practice, to deepen the "whole hospital design" understanding.The integrated design concept of the hospital is not a final idea, but at the present historical period of hospital construction under the stage of the experiment and the summary, it is open, critical and comprehensive. In this paper, the integrated design of hospitals, ideas and methods of design work for the hospitals to provide suggestions and ideas to start a discussion purposes.
