Most domestic independently developed control software are special, and generally take acts according to circumstances and single-customized.Low software reuse rate,long R&D cycle and high R&D costs are not conducive to techology accumulation and make the reliability of control software remained at a low level.But there is a trend of developing the control systems with general modules in western countries.In this paper, the general demands of common digital gas turbine control system are analyzed. a modularity digital electronic control software is proposed. A development process of universal control software framework is described.The frame of master and slave station for EtherCAT real-time Ethernet is select.and the software modules design is carried out.In our software, The EtherCAT master station software based on the PowerPC processors of MPC5200B and several EtherCAT slave stations software based on the DSP processor of TMS320F2812 are developed.The communication software of master station and slave stations are described.The master station and slave station modules and EtherCAT system are tested. The results show that the frame of softwate is reliable; the real-time performance of EtherCAT bus can meet the system requirements.
