Smart Concrete is a kind of concrete which is formed by adding some materials with special functions in the concrete so as to make the concrete have the functions of self-monitoring, self-diagnosis, self-regulation and self-healing and other features. The fiber reinforced concrete, which is formed by adding the fiber material as a kind of smart material into the concrete, has been widely used in engineering structure area. The fiber reinforced concrete includes carbon fiber reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete which have different influence on the enhancement of mechanical performance and improvement of pressure sensibility. Therefore, this thesis further comes up with carbon-steel mixed fiber reinforced concrete, researches the mechanical performance and pressure sensibility of different proportions of mixed fiber reinforced concrete, analyzes the effect factors which affect the mechanical performance and pressure sensibility and finally reaches some exploratory research conclusions.The concrete structures in the practical projects are always affected by external environment factors such as the most typical factors---the water and the air. Therefore, this thesis researches the Air Permeability of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete, comprehensively analyzes the factors which affect the Air Permeability of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete through different ratio of the specimens. Moreover, it preliminarily studies the impacts of their humidity on the pressure sensibility of the mixed fiber reinforced concrete.(1)This experiment takes steel fiber, carbon fiber and mixed fiber reinforced concrete specimens as the objects of study, summarizes the production procedures, casts and tests the mechanical performance of several kinds of fiber reinforced concrete, analyzes the effect factors and proposes the reasonable formulation. (2)This experiment comprehensively analyzes the pressure sensibility of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete and the mixed fiber reinforced concrete and proposes the effect factors and reasonable formulation under the Hierarchical-loading. In addition, it researches the impact of the different humidity on the pressure sensibility of the mixed fiber reinforced concrete under the cyclic-loading and reaches the exploratory research conclusions.(3)Since the Permeability is one of the important indices of the evaluation of the durability of concrete. This thesis researches the test methods and results of the Air Permeability of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete, summarizes the effect factors of Air Permeability of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete.
