Study On Knowledge Integration And Its Effect From Individual Cognitive Differences Based On New Product Development Team Under Modern Manufacturing Environment

In the increasingly competitive modern manufacturing environment, knowledge has become the survival and development strategic resources of enterprise, knowledge level, technological innovation has become the key of enterprise competition. For the competitive position, the new product development team in a company must integrate and apply all kinds of knowledge effectively, which gave birth a new knowledge management concepts and methods - knowledge integration. Under such background, knowledge integration in the process of new product development has been studied and discussed with Systemic viewpoint and methods. The research in this thesis has an important theory significance and practical value for enterprise to depth conformity the knowledge resources and improves the efficiency and quality of team work.The main contents:①On the basis of analyzing the issues existed in new product development knowledge integration in the knowledge economy era, describes the background and significance of this research in new product development team's knowledge integration under modern manufacturing environment. Then, analyze the domestic and international research present condition of knowledge integration and individual cognitive differences, and point out that knowledge integration is important to develop new product.②The modern manufacturing environment for clues to a depth analysis of the characteristics of new product development team, present four major problems exist in new product development team and these problems'influence to knowledge integration in process of new product development.③Have a analysis on knowledge integration in the various stages of new product development, and discuss knowledge flow model in new product development process. This thesis has made thorough research about the knowledge integration in new product development process, summarizes existing knowledge integration models, then proposed a new model of knowledge integration in new product development process and gives the measures and methods to integrate knowledge in new product development team effectively.④In the sense of new product development, conclude the cognitive studies in the field of product development, have a research on individual cognitive differences in the problem solving process ,at the same time proposed the formation mechanism of individual differences in the new product development process, and have a detailed discussion to the process of individual cognitive difference and individual cognitive differences point. Finally, through the research of role difference, proposed the strategies to create effective new product development teams should be noted.⑤Experimentally study to effect of the individual cognitive differences on knowledge integration in new product development team by using linear structural equation model, then proposed knowledge base, cognitive ability and psychological characteristics of individual cognitive differences are critical factors to knowledge integration and it had been verified by experiments.
