| As China enter the aging society, the daily health care issues for the elderly become more prominent, especially bathing one of the most important daily care. Developing personal health care Robot, nursing labor intensity can be reduced, the quality of life of older persons can be improved, it is more and more important.Structural optimization design of the bath tank based on numerical simulation of flow field is an important content of the development of health care robot. Firstly 3D CAD design of bath tank has been studied based on the analysis of global structure and the function of personal health care robot, according to the structure and different interaction form between input and output flow and human body, four kinds of water-cycling modes of bath tank have been determined, after reasonably simplifying the initial models of bath tank and human body, finite element of human-bath tank in limited space under four circulation modes has been established. Numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow field, the velocity distribution near the surface of human body, the intake of trace chart under different cycling modes and area ratio of human body under different velocity range have been achieved, and numerical solution of the changing flow field around human body in time and space has been provided quantitatively, the best bathing mode has been found out. Secondly, combining the results of CFD simulation and optimization design theory, using multi-disciplinary optimization software iSIGHT as a platform, Bathing-human DOE(orthogonal experimental design) optimized model based on computational fluid is built, structural optimization calculations of Bath tank is done, the optimized bath tank is calculated and analyzed in computational fluid, compare the optimized results with the data before optimization. The results show that the optimal design meet human comfort requirements, improve the effect of bathing in bath tank, water inlet and outlet layout is also more reasonable, it provides the theoretical basis for overall structure design of bath tank and bath mode study.According to the flow field simulation and optimization results in limited space of bath tank, the overall structure of the bath tank is designed, including the design of bath tank, nursing chairs, auxiliary institutions getting into tank, auto shampoo body design and the appearance design of the bath tank, developing a personal using health care robot bath tank suitable for the elderly. |
