Abstract/Summary:
The two tooth difference shock wave rolling teeth with drive cam is a new tooth drive form, its most notable feature is the shock device profile using elliptic curves, and the structure was the form of axial symmetry, so that the transmission is more compact. In this paper, based on existing research, further analysis and improvement of shock wave rolling teeth with drive cam was made on profile modification and forces analysis theory.This paper briefly described the development history of movable teeth transmission, research situation and the characteristics of two tooth difference shock wave rolling teeth with drive cam. Modification technique was described in research s status and the important significance in practical application. Based on the envelope principle and method of the relative movement were derived respectively one, two tooth differenced shock wave rolling teeth with drive cam the theoretical profile equation and working profile equation.
